Job description

We’re expanding our team and looking to hire Customer Success Manager with French.

Mailjet is the email solution for teams to create, send and monitor marketing emails, transactional emails and SMS. Mailjet has grown from a startup to the leading Email Service Provider in Europe, with clients like Microsoft, Etsy, Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson and more sending billions of emails every month with us.

On this role:
  • You act as a direct contact for our French-speaking enterprise customers with a high e-mail volume - from onboarding and technical integration to regular check-ins, reporting, product feedback and e-mail deliverability.
  • You build a lasting, trustworthy relationship with our customers by understanding their business goals and adding value at every touch point.
  • You develop in-depth knowledge of email deliverability through training, research and practical experience and become an important source of email knowledge for our customers.
  • You are a product expert and identify opportunities where Mailjet functions, integrations and partner services make a decisive difference for the email success of our customers.
  • You monitor the reputation of the senders and the performance statistics of emails for our customers.
  • You give our customers regular insights into their sender reputation and email performance.
  • You give specific recommendations based on the e-mail performance and the shipping habits of the customers in order to ensure optimal deliverability for our customers.
  • You work with our sales team for a smooth handover after signing the contract.
  • You work closely with our deliverability, product, API and customer support team to ensure that our customers' needs are met and exceeded.
  • If necessary, you communicate directly with the most important ISPs (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) on behalf of the customer.
  • You work closely with our marketers and developers to ensure Mailjet's success. You act as a strong customer representative and project manager internally and provide email strategies and deliverability guidelines if required.
  • The management of important customer relationships for our fast growing European business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our highest volume senders. Building trust and providing insights that help our customers use Mailjet's powerful tools to help them achieve their email goals.

Requirements

  • We need someone with an open-minded personality and a basic positive attitude.
  • A solution-oriented approach. You are on your own two feet, you are a team player and you can develop creative solutions.
  • You speak fluent French and have excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and orally.
  • More than 2 years of experience in customer service / customer management / customer success.
  • Preferred over 1 year experience working on a similar SaaS platform and / or digital marketing.
  • Experience in working with external customers in senior management and / or at C-level preferred.
  • Mastery of technology - in conversation and in application. You need to feel safe when discussing technology with developers and using internal tools like Google Apps, CRM (like Salesforce.com, SugarCRM a plus), Excel, and others.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
