Partner with internal/external hiring managers to assess their recruiting needs and anticipate future needs.
Perform job analysis to identify the key areas of responsibility and requirements of the post.
Collaborate with all teams within the company being part of the full cycle hiring process from role definition through direct sourcing, screening, Interviewing, assessing of the candidates and closing of the position.
Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates.
Define recruitment strategy and approval process on a case by case basis.
Represent Proxiad at identified networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.
Build and execute talent strategies that strengthen our recruiting process and candidate experience.
Constantly looking for ways to do better and innovative in how the work gets done.
Working closely with HR team in order to improve recruitment strategy and sourcing channels.
Working closely with Business Development team and other departments in order to reach specific recruitment targets.
Preparing relevant recruitment reports and statistics.
Participate in the on-boarding process of the new employees and works closely with the Human Resources Manager during this phase.
At least 2 years of professional experience in recruitment within IT.
Experienced in all aspects of recruiting including: sourcing, networking, qualifying, screening, assessing, managing relationships with business stakeholders, offer negotiation, awareness of employment market trends.
Ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structure.
Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match.
Experience using social media tools for sourcing and branding efforts.
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels, and with little direction or supervision.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills and outstanding attention to details.
Comfortable with providing timely and clear reporting of the hiring progress.
Flexible and adaptable team player.
Organized, and results driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Good command of French and/or German would be considered as a great advantage.
