Work with recruiting leaders and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
Develop and project the employee value proposition.
Research the talent market to find relevant audiences.
Implement creative sourcing strategies and promote employment marketing campaigns to develop candidate pipelines.
Analyze recruiting data trends in order to optimize and enhance practices, outreach and branding efforts.
Setting up recruiting events.
Organize company’s presence at key external events (eg. conferences).
Create and execute internal/external communications plan(s) regarding written/ verbal communcation, presentations, videos, infographics, blog posts, intranet content and more for a variety of audiences.
Support employee engagement activities based on our communications calendar.
Manage our social media channels.
University degree in communications, public relations, HR, marketing, or a related field.
Experience in internal employee communications, corporate communications, digital marketing, or related field.
A creative mind, with innovative ideas for how to build the brand of a socialy good company.
Practical experience managing corporate social media initiatives is a plus.
Passion for employee engagement best practices, positive mindset.
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
A team member who is entrepreneurial, independent, and constantly finding new opportunities.
Fluency in both Bulgarian and English - written and spoken.
