About the project

The company provides procurement platform which enhances the invoice handle between buyers and suppliers. The solution improves the entire buying settlement process end-to-end or partially, yet achieving compliance and control.

Solution

We set up a dedicated team of an Integration Manager and QAs that went through thorough initial training to be able to get perfectly acquainted with the company’s business case. This is also valid for current newcomers because since, due to its excellent performance, the team has been steadily growing.

The projects are based on short time sprints with multiple stages, starting from defining project scope going through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and going live. Our team is responsible for the time and technical management of the projects. The scope of work goes from managing end-to-end supplier integration, troubleshooting failed/rejected documents and fixing file formats to ensuring timely completion of each milestone.
To be able to answer better to consumers’ needs and create an environment where employees can grow and develop themselves, we’ve divided the team in two – seller side and buyer side. A noteworthy fact is that each of the professionals involved in the project speaks more than 1-2 foreign languages – English, German, French, or Dutch.
